With considerable experience in supporting both formal and non-formal education systems for children and youth from low socio-economic backgrounds who have limited access to educational opportunities, EMWACDC has made significant strides in this area. A notable intervention took place in Dubti District in the Afar Regional State where the organization facilitated primary school construction and teacher training programs aimed at enhancing the capacity of non-formal educators. This initiative not only enhanced educational infrastructure but also empowered local educators with skills necessary for delivering quality education—thus positively impacting children's learning experiences.
